To make Broiled Tomatoes, you'll need:
  • 1
  • 1/2 cup Stuffing mix herb-seasoned
  • 2 tsp Butter (or marg) melted
  • 1/2 cup Cheese Parmesan grated Mustard dijon
  • 8 Tomatoes halved

Method

  • Combine stuffing mix butter and cheese; mix well.
  • Spread mustard over surface of tomatoes. Spoon stuffing mixture over mustard. Broil 4 inches from heat about 7 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
