To make Brussel Sprout Oriental, you'll need:
  • 2 lb Brussel sprouts washed Water salted
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter (or marg)
  • 5 oz Water chestnuts drain/slice

Method

  • Simmer brussel sprouts covered in a small amount of salted water for about 8 to 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
  • Add other ingredients and heat.
  • Serve hot.
