To make Cajun Grilled Shrimp, you'll need:
  • 1
  • 1/4 lb large shrimp shelled deveined
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice Cooking oil as needed
  • 2 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley CAJUN SEASONING
  • 1/2 tbsp good-quality chile powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Hungarian paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp crushed dried thyme

Method

  • Light the grill or preheat the broiler
  • In a small bowl combine the seasoning ingredients.
