To make Cajun Halibut, you'll need:
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 halibut steaks - (4 oz ea)

Method

  • In a small bowl combine the salt black and ground red peppers paprika and garlic powder; mix well
  • Rub evenly over both sides of the fish.
