4 skinless sea bass fillets
1" thick (4 oz ea)
1 tsp Caribbean jerk seasoning Nonstick cooking spray as needed
1 ripe mango peeled pitted and diced = (or
1 cup diced drained bottled mango)
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp minced fresh or bottled jalapeño pepper
