To make Cathy's Marinated Chicken, you'll need:
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
  • 1
  • 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

Method

  • Mix the marinade ingredients together and pour over the chicken
  • Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
