To make Cheese Tortellini With Tuna, you'll need:

  • 1 package refrigerated reduced-fat cheese tortellini - (9 oz) Nonstick cooking spray as needed
  • 1 cup finely-chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup finely-chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely-chopped onion
  • 3/4 tsp fennel seeds crushed
  • 1/2 cup evaporated skimmed milk
  • 2 tsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper

Method

  • * Note: Substitute 1 (6-ounce) can tuna packed in water drained for tuna steak
  • Omit step 1.
