To make Cheesy Tuna Mac, you'll need:
  • 8 oz uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp margarine or butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup canned reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 6 oz reduced-fat reduced-sodium cheese spread cut into cubes
  • 1 can tuna packed in water - (6 oz) drained flaked

Method

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions omitting salt
  • Drain; set aside.
