To make Chicken En Brochette With Ginger Sauce, you'll need:
  • 3 tbsp lite soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup sherry
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger - (to
  • 2) Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 bamboo skewers
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts halved
  • 1 bunch green onions

Method

  • Mix soy sauce sherry and sugar in small saucepan
  • Heat to dissolve sugar
  • Stir in ginger and pepper
  • (Makes 1 cup marinade)
