Chicken Marsala

Method

  • In a large skillet over medium high heat heat the oil
  • Add the onion and saut‚ for 5 minutes
  • Add the chicken and cook on each side for 5 minutes
  • Add the wine and cook for about 4 minutes until the wine looks syrupy
  • In a small cup dissolve the cornstarch or arrowroot powder in the stock
  • Add to the chicken and cook until the sauce is thickened about 2 minutes
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
