  • Drain; set aside.

  • 2 oz chopped pimiento drained
  • 4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese - (2 oz) divided
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 2 cups cooked skinless chicken breasts cut bite size
