To make Chilled Tomato Madrilene, you'll need:

  • 1/2 tbsp granulated gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 3/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice Toppings
  • 6 tsp low-fat yogurt plain
  • 3 paper-thin lemon slices halved
  • 1 tbsp finely-minced fresh parsley

Method

  • Soak gelatin in cold water.
