To make Chinese Ginger Salmon, you'll need:
  • FISH
  • 4 salmon filets - (4 oz ea) MARINADE
  • 3 tbsp lite soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp dry sherry
  • 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp minced garlic

Method

  • In a large bowl or zippered plastic bag combine all marinade ingredients.
