  • 2 canned chipotle chilies in adobo sauce minced
  • 1 tsp adobo sauce from canned chilies - (to

  • 1 cup low-sodium reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese - (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 package corn bread mix - (8
  • 1/2 oz)
  • 1/3 cup
  • 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 large egg white
