To make Chocolate Mint Cheesecake, you'll need:

  • 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 16 oz low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup peppermint schnapps
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
  • To make the crust combine the first four ingredients
  • Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 5 minutes
  • Remove crust from oven and let cool.
