  • 100 Head Romaine Lettuce - - finely chopped 050 c Red onion - finely chopped - - optional
  • 100 c Celery - finely chopped
  • 100 c Tomato seeded - finely - chopped
  • 100 c Fresh or frozen peas
  • 300 tb Canadian bacon finely - chopped
  • 400 Leaves fresh Basil - finely - chopped 050 c Toasted almonds - optional DRESSING 050 c Fat free mayonnaise
  • 100 tb Apple juice concentrate
  • 200 ts Rice vinegar 025 ts Garlic powder 025 ts Salt White pepper to taste
