Ingredients
To make Combo Burgers, you'll need:
  • 1
  • 1/2 lb combination of lean ground sirloin lean ground pork and lean ground veal
  • 2 tbsp ice water
  • 1/4 cup ground oats
  • 1/4 cup bottled chili sauce
  • 1 small onion minced
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat
  • On a gas grill set the heat to high.
