To make Corn Bread Casserole, you'll need:
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 8 oz plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 can creamed corn - (8 oz)
  • 1/4 cup evaporated fat-free (skim) milk

Method

  • Heat the oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir just until moistened (do not overbeat).
