To make Cottage Cheese-Vegetables Dunk, you'll need:
  • 8 oz (2) cartons low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Low-fat American Cheese process shredded
  • 3 tbsp Low-fat yogurt unsweetened plain
  • 2 tbsp Prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Onion minced

Method

  • Combine cottage cheese amreican cheese yogurt horseradish pepper and salt in a medium bowl stirring well
  • Gently fold in green pepper and onion
  • Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve
