To make Cotton Candy Cookies, you'll need:
  • 3 Egg whites beaten stiff
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar replacement or granulated frutose
  • 2 tsp Orange oil or your favorite
  • 1 tsp Orange rind grated

Method

  • Beat sugar replacement, orange oil and rind into the stiff egg whites
  • Drop onto lightly greased cookie sheets
  • Bake at 325 F for 8-10 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.
