To make Cranberry Muffins, you'll need:
  • 1
  • 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
  • 1 cup whole-wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange extract
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine the flours baking powder and cinnamon in a medium bowl
  • Set aside.
