To make Cranberry-Orange Cinnamon Sauce, you'll need:
  • 3 cups cranberries
  • 2 small oranges unpeeled and sliced into rings (remove seeds)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil
  • Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until cranberries pop
  • Chill and serve.
