Cranberry Salad

Serves: 8

Method

  • Bring cranberries and water to a boil
  • Remove from heat when cranberries have popped open
  • Add Equal and lime juice; stir
  • Set aside to cool.

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 24 packets Equal sweetener = (or

  • 1/4 tspns Equal for Recipes or

  • 1 package cranberry or cherry sugar-free gelatin (small pkg)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 can crushed pineapple in juice - (7
  • 1/4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
