To make Cranberry Sorbet Sugarfree , you'll need:
  • 3 cups Low cal cranberry juice cocktail divided
  • 1 package Sugarfree raspberry jello
  • 4 serving size
  • 1 cup Cold evaporated skim milk

Method

  • Bring 1 1/2 cup cranberry juice to a boil in a saucepan
  • In a large bowl stir together the jello and the boiled juice
  • Stir for 2 minutes or until jello is dissolved
  • Stir in the remaning juice and the cold milk
  • Pour into a 13X9 pan
  • Place in freezer and freeze for 1 1/2 hours or until frozen 1" from the edges
  • Spoon mixture into workbowl of a processor and process until smooth
  • Pour mixture into a bowl and freeze for another 3 hours or until firm
  • To serve scoop into dessert dishes.
