To make Cream Of Cauliflower Soup, you'll need:
  • 8 oz condensed cream of chicken soup low-fat low-sodium
  • 1 cup finely chopped cauliflower
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill weed

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil
  • Reduce the heat cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft stirring occasionally
  • For a thicker soup blend half of it and mix back into the original.
