To make Creamy Potato Casserole, you'll need:
  • 1 lb frozen hash browns thawed
  • 1
  • 10
  • 3/4 oz c cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream fat-free
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese fat-free
  • 2 tbs Molly McButter®
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup crushed cornflake crumbs

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Oil a 2-quart casserole dish
  • In a large bowl combine hashbrowns soup sour cream onion cheese butter and pepper
  • Pour into casserole dish and top with cornflake crumbs
  • Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
