Creamy Tapioca Pudding

Serves: 4

Method

  • Combine milk tapioca egg and salt in medium saucepan
  • Let stand 5 minutes
  • Cook over medium-high heat stirring constantly until boiling
  • Remove from heat; stir in Equal and vanilla.
