To make Curried Chicken Salad, you'll need:
  • 3 tbsp chopped prepared mango chutney
  • 2 tbsp plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp light sour cream
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken - (8 oz)
  • 1 medium tart apple peeled cored and diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot

Method

  • Combine the chutney yogurt sourcream and curry powder in a medium bowl
  • Add the chicken apple and carrot.
