Method

  • Packed with flavor these bars are satisfying healthy and quick to make
  • Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C)
  • Combine all ingredients; pat into a 9-inch (23 cm square nonstick baking pan lightly sprayed with cooking spray
  • Press down firmly
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
  • Cut into 2-inch (5 cm) squares
  • Cool
  • Makes 16 bars

  • 1 Recipe cooked Date Granola
  • 6 tbsp Egg substitute (90 ml)
  • 1/4 cup Fruit juice - peach white grape apple or orange (59 ml)
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon (25 ml)
  • 1 dash Ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Margarine melted (15 g) Butter-flavored cooking spray
