Method

  • Heat oven to 425 degrees
  • Put apples in pastry lined pan
  • Heat juice cornstarch and spice (optional)
  • Let it boil until clear
  • Pour over apples
  • Cover with top crust
  • Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
