To make Diabetic Oatmeal Cookies, you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp sucaryl solution
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup rolled oats

Method

  • Cream margarine
  • Add beaten egg sucaryl solution and milk
  • Sift and mix dry ingredients and then add to first mixture
  • Beat in vanilla raisins and rolled oats
  • Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake.
