Method

  • SPREAD ONE GRAHAM CRACKER WITH SUGAR-FREE CHOCOLATE PUDDING THAT HAS BEEN MADE UP THEN TOP WITH THINLY SLICE BANANA
  • PUT OTHER GRAHAM CRACKER ON TOP
  • WRAP AND FREEZE
  • WHEN THAWED IT IS GOOEY
  • When making - be sure to break each long graham cracker in half
  • This was given to me by a dietician at Riverside Hosptial in Newport News Va
