Dilled Squash

Serves: 4

Method

  • Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onions and garlic cook until onions start to brown.
  • Add squash and mix well with onions.
  • Sprinkle with salt pepper and dill over squash.
  • Cover and cook stirring frequently for 10 minutes or until squash is just tender-crisp.

To make Dilled Squash, you'll need:
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil +
  • 2 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 1 cl Garlic minced
  • 4 cup Yellow summer squash sliced
  • 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dill weed
