Ingredients
To make Easy Nachos, you'll need:
  • 4 flour tortillas - (6" dia) Nonstick cooking spray as needed
  • 4 oz ground turkey
  • 2/3 cup salsa (mild or medium)
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges; lightly spray one side of wedges with cooking spray
  • Place on ungreased baking sheet
  • Bake for 5 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
