French Grilled Chicken

Method

  • In a shallow bowl combine lemon juice oil mint garlic thyme fennel sage and bay leaf
  • Add chicken breasts and turn to coat well
  • Cover and marinate refrigerated for at least 2 hours or overnight
  • Grill 6 to 8 inches from heat for 5 to 10 minutes on each side until cooked through
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Slice and serve
