To make Fresh Apple-Pear Chutney, you'll need:
  • 1 medium Red Delicious apple peeled
  • 1 Granny Smith apple peeled
  • 1 medium Bartlett pear
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp grated orange rind
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 fresh mint leaves finely chopped

Method

  • Core the apples and the pear
  • Dice the apples and the pear into 1/2-inch cubes and place them in a medium bowl
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
