To make Fresh Fruit Salad 1 - Low-Fat, you'll need:
  • 200 lb Noodles; med shell
  • 800 oz Yogurt; non-fat plain 025 c Orange juice; frozen - concentrate
  • 200 cn Pineapple chunks - drained
  • 100 lg Orange; sectioned
  • 100 c Grapes; red halved
  • 100 c Grapes; green halved
  • 100 lg Apple; chopped
  • 100 md Banana; sliced

Method

  • Prepare shell noodles according to package directions
  • Rinse with cold water and drain
  • In a small bowl combine shell noodles with remaining ingredients
  • Add yogurt mixture toss to coat
  • Cover and chill thoroughtly
  • Yields 10 (1cup) servings
