To make Fresh Vegetable Pizza, you'll need:
  • 2 fresh pizza bread shells - (4 oz ea) Olive oil vegetable spray as needed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder or to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 button mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 1 small yellow summer squash - (3 oz) thinly sliced
  • 1 plum tomato - (3 oz) thinly sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper - (3 oz) chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
