To make Frosty Pop, you'll need:
  • 2 package
  • 4 oz size dietetic packed cherry- orange- or lemon flavor gelatin (SF kind)
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1 cup Cold water

Method

  • About 4 to 6 hours before serving: In medium bowl stir together gelatin and boiling water until all gelatin is dissolved
  • Stir in cold water
  • Divide mixture among six each 3 ounce paper cups
  • Freeze until firm
  • If desired wooden sticks may be added when mixture is semifirm
  • To serve: Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes; peel paper cup down from pop to eat
  • Makes 6 servings
