To make Fruity Jelly, you'll need:
  • 23g sachet of sugar free jelly in a flavour of your choice
  • 450ml diet lemonade
  • Handful of grapes/raspberries/apple slices or whatever fruit you feel like!
  • Be inventive!

Method

  • Stir the jelly crystals into 300ml of boiling water.
  • Once dissolved, top with 450ml of lemonade.
  • Place the fruit in the bottom of 4 glass tumblers or in a bowl.
  • Add in some fruit if you wish, then cover it with the jelly mixture and chill in the fridge until it has set.
  • Enjoy!
