To make Garlic-Parmesan Mushrooms, you'll need:
  • 1 lb mushrooms cleaned and stems removed
  • 3 tbsp reduced-calorie stick margarine melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt Cooking spray as needed
  • 1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese Paprika to taste

Method

  • Preheat broiler
  • Place cleaned mushrooms in a bowl
  • Combine margarine and garlic salt then drizzle over mushrooms
  • Gently toss mushrooms to coat.
