Method

  • Cut 4 8 inch pieces of aluminum foil
  • Prepare the apples and place each sliced apple on a square of foil
  • Sprinkle raisins oil and sugar over each apple
  • Fold the foil into a package
  • Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 6 inches above the heat
  • On a gas grill set the heat to medium
  • Grill the packets for about 30 minutes until the apples are tender
  • Remove from the foil and serve.
