To make Granola Bars Bw, you'll need:
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup Molasses
  • 6 oz Frozen orange juice concentr
  • 2 cup Flour whole wheat or all-p
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Raisins chopped
  • 1/2 cup Dried apricots chopped
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Wheat germ
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Cream the oil brown sugar and molasses together in a bowl
  • Add the defrosted unsweetened orange juice concentrate.
