To make Grape Sherbet, you'll need:
  • 1/2 cup Grape juice
  • 1/2 cup Low-fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup Prepared nondairy whipped topping

Method

  • Combine grape juice milk and vanilla in a bowl
  • Mixture will appear to have curdled slightly
  • Stir to combine ingredients
  • Place bowl in freezer and chill until mixture is almost firm
  • Remove bowl from freezer and break mixture into pieces
  • Beat with an electric misture until smooth but not melted
  • Beat in nondairy whipped topping
  • Cover and freeze to desired consistenty.
