To make Green Beans With Lemon Pepper, you'll need:
  • 1 tbsp red peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp green peppercorns
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp white peppercorns
  • 2 lemon rinds grated
  • 2 qt water
  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lemon cut
  • 4 wedges

Method

  • Grind the peppercorns in a coffee grinder until they are fine
  • Add the grated lemon rind and mix well.
