To make Grilled Catfish, you'll need:
  • 6 medium whole catfish dressed
  • 1/3 cup olive oil Juice of
  • 6 lemons
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method

  • Heat an outside grill or set the oven to broil
  • Combine all ingredients except the fish in a small bowl.
