Ingredients
To make Grilled Chicken With Herbs, you'll need:
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh Italian parsley
  • 2 tsp minced rosemary
  • 2 tsp minced thyme
  • 1 sage leaf
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar Salt to taste Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

  • 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

Method

  • In a blender combine all the ingredients except the chicken
  • Pour the marinade over the chicken breast in a bowl
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator and let marinate for at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours.
