To make Grilled Halibut Steaks, you'll need:
  • 4 halibut steaks - (5 oz ea) skin removed Grated zest of
  • 1 lemon Juice of
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves = (or
  • 1 tspn crushed dried rosemary)
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves = (or
  • 1/2 tspn crushed dried thyme)
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • Light a grill or start a charcoal fire.
