Grilled Portobello Mushroom Sandwich

Method

  • Preheat the broiler
  • Place the mushroom and any vegetables you wish to grill on a small baking sheet
  • Broil 2 inches from the heat about 3 minutes on each side until the mushroom has shrunk slightly.
