To make Hawaiian Chicken, you'll need:
  • 3 lb Skinned chicken parts
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks drained
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Pineapple juice
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1
  • 1/2 tsp Ground ginger

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Place chicken in a casserole
  • Add pineapple chunks
  • Combine remaining ingredients pour over chicken
  • Cover and bake 1 hour.
